ZOHOLICS 2025 - ICC BIRMINGHAM

This two-day event was an incredible journey into the future of business, and I'm excited to share my key takeaways with you. The event was made even more special as our CTO, Navdeep Sen, and Business Development Analyst, Shiya Sharma, flew overseas to join me.


We had the opportunity to connect with Zoho’s Senior Leadership Team, including the UK Managing Director Sachin Agarwal, and many other brilliant minds. These conversations reinforced my belief in Zoho's commitment to innovation and their vision for an AI-driven ecosystem that empowers businesses of all sizes.


The core theme of Zoholics 2025 was clear: AI is no longer a futuristic concept; it is an active, integrated force reshaping how we work. The conference was a masterclass in how Zoho is leveraging its own AI, Zia, to create smarter, more efficient workflows.

Masterclasses in the AI Revolution - Zoholics


I attended a number of masterclasses, with a particular focus on the latest developments in Zoho CRM. The sessions were eye-opening, showcasing how AI is now native to the CRM experience. Instead of just being a data repository, Zoho CRM is becoming a proactive assistant. Zia, Zoho's powerful AI, is now capable of:


  • Generative Workflows: We saw demonstrations of how Zia can generate workflows and even design new CRM modules from simple prompts. This means less time on manual setup and more time on strategic business decisions.

  • Contextual Intelligence: The AI is getting smarter, providing real-time insights for sales teams, like predicting conversion rates and recommending cross-sell opportunities.

  • Agentic AI: This was perhaps the most exciting part. Zoho is building "Zia Agents" that can act autonomously on business logic. Imagine an AI agent that can automatically clean up data, prepare a meeting summary, and schedule follow-ups—all without human intervention.


We also learned about the incredible strides in the Zoho and DocuSign integration, which is now being infused with AI. This is a game-changer for streamlining legal and financial processes. AI is being used to automate document workflows, ensuring faster and more secure signing processes. It's about more than just e-signatures; it’s about a complete, intelligent agreement management system that reduces friction and saves valuable time.


What's Coming Next from Zoholics?


Zoho is continuously pushing the boundaries, and we got a sneak peek at their roadmap. Some of the most exciting upcoming features include:

  • Zia LLM: Zoho is launching its own large language model to provide businesses with more control and customisation over their AI.

  • Advanced Speech-to-Text: New Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) models will improve the accuracy of speech-to-text conversions, which will be transformative for meeting transcripts and customer service call analysis.

  • AI Agent Studio: For businesses that want to build their own custom AI solutions, the new Zia Agent Studio will be a no-code platform to create and deploy AI agents for specific tasks.
